One of my favorite things about the Guest Blogger Month of LOVE is the fact that all the other guest bloggers are so supportive of one another. I’ve seen them leave comments on here publicly or I have heard that they have sent each other private messages. Since I also promote the guest blogger series on other social media platforms, I have seen guest bloggers retweet posts of their fellow guest bloggers and share on Facebook too. And I have seen them “Like” the Instagram posts and leave comments there. As I have always said, what is the purpose of “Social Media” if we can’t be social, and in my book, I believe that “social” would be interpreted as positive and supportive, which ALL of the guest bloggers have demonstrated. Today’s post, #24 to be exact, will be something a bit different. Since I had promised spots to writers and am still awaiting their stories (hey folks, it isn’t as easy as you think to write about LOVE) I have a day without a guest blogger. But a gap or void can always be put to good use. Spaces can always be filled! And I have just the idea!
Being as I am the LOVE Enthusiast, I have always been inspired by those who have lived their lives in a state of love. And so I am going to share a few of my favorite people who have taught me more about my purpose in life and who demonstrate in a real and human way what LOVE really is….
Dr. Gary Chapman: Author of the Five LOVE languages
Thich Nhat Hanh Author of The Four qualities of love
Paulo Coelho Author of The Alchemist
C.S. Lewis Author of The Four Loves
You’ve probably seen me post quotes from the above writers. If you are not familiar with them, please click on the links for more info. I have many others I could have shared, but decided to go with these five. I hope you find some inspiration. Loving isn’t hard really… if you are willing.
LOVE everyday, in every way!
PS. A little nudge to those who said they wanted to share a LOVE story…please send them in. And to those who have been on the fence, now is the time to jump on over to the side of LOVE! You can email me at:
