Bear with me on this but I have to share a knock knock joke that my granddaughter and I love…..

Knock, Knock. Who’s there? Banana. Banana who? Knock, Knock.  Who’s there? Banana. Banana who? Knock, knock. Who’s there? Orange. Orange who? Orange you glad I didn’t say banana?!

Since today’s Smoothie Scentral recipe has oranges and banana, it is safe to say, well this recipe is safe. I know we are all busy bees with only a couple more sleeps until Chrimbo (as it is called over here in London). So this will be a quick and easy blog post as a go to guide of what you can make for breakfast and brunch over the holiday period. Recipe: Waffles Two Ways

Hello from Havana!  Sorry to have to miss an opportunity for another Woman Crush Wednesday cooking tutorial.  However, Hubby is a juror at a film festival here in Cuba.  Specifically the Festival International Del Nuevo Cine Latino Americano.  We were lucky to have been in Venice, Italy for the film festival there this summer, which you can read about here.  And this one is shaping up to be pretty amazing too.  I will share a blog post as soon as possible.
