Since I am sicker than a dog today, I am going to have to miss my fav Woman Crush Wednesday series.  Which makes me sad as a bird with no wings!  But since I can’t breathe or swallow (two things I kind of need to be able to do for a cooking tutorial) I figured I’d better take a pass this week.  Stella (who is my dog and who IS healthy) is delighted!  Since she hates Wednesdays and all the loud music and bad singing, she is happy as a clam right now! Recipe: Woman Crush Wednesday

I know it is only mid November, and for my US friends we still have Thanksgiving coming in a couple of weeks. But over here in the UK and in my soul home Ireland, it is already full Christmas mode!  People panicking about the Christmas gift list! Well I have a solution! Homemade foodie gifts! Last Minute Dot Com Christmas

One of my favorite things about being Irish and living in Ireland is the wit and clever use of language. I heard this phrase by an Irish person referring to the Irish as”last minute dot com” people.  It has always stuck with me. In many ways this can be true.
