Recipe: Secret Ingredient Turkey Burgers

It is a bank holiday Monday here in London, so an end of summer BBQ is in order!!!  Hubby won’t eat red meat so I usually make ordinary turkey burgers. But I made some turkey burgers with zucchini in them the last time I was visiting my daughter and family in the USA. They were very good! Long time no cook my friends!  I know, between traveling in the USA, the beginning of Lent,  and hosting the Guest Blogger Month of LOVE, I haven’t been on to share a recipe in a while. Recipe: Honey Mustard Apple Chicken

Recipes this time of year are usually related to festive fare. Yet we still need food to eat beyond the Christmas table. Unfortunately most people are so busy with shopping and parties, meal time is the last thing on their list.  So quick trip to a take away or pizza delivery suffices.  We could use a recipe that is quick and easy and still relatively healthy. Because we will have enough indulgence for the month of December, right? Enter the Honey Mustard Apple Chicken.
