I know we are all busy bees with only a couple more sleeps until Chrimbo (as it is called over here in London). So this will be a quick and easy blog post as a go to guide of what you can make for breakfast and brunch over the holiday period. You may already know this about me but Sunday brunch is literally my favorite meal of the week!  While it isn’t always acceptable to eat a hearty and indulgent brunch every day, over the next week it is almost mandatory!  On this list you will find sweet and savory dishes.  There are some healthy options here too. May the 4th Be With You!

This year is like 4th of July 2.0.  What I mean by that is, it’s the second year we are in London for this special holiday. Since Americans abroad don’t get this holiday off work, celebrating can be unique. And especially this year, as I am taking Snapchat on a very unique adventure. Crafty Christmas

Tis the season to break out all the creativity. There are so many opportunities to decorate, bake, and make homemade pressies.  But not everyone is inclined to do it themselves. Time is one reason and another is talent. In our mind we might look at something on pinterest and think “oh I can re-create that” and it turns out nothing like the photo.
