No matter what your feelings are about the U.S. Election this week, there is one group that often gets forgotten and yet is deeply affected. That is the military, the men and women in uniform, from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guards.   As I shared last year at this time, I am deeply connected with Real Heroes. Those in uniform that fight to defend our country.

And so to all those selfless individuals who have risked their lives for the freedoms of others, I thank you.  Yes, me the one who only wants peace and love.  But yet I will always have a deep appreciation and respect for those who asked and answered the question.  Ask not what your country can do for you,  but ask what you can do for your country:  Serve!
