Hello to all of you including those of you who might be suffering from a “Holiday Hangover”. You know that feeling, going back to work the day after New Years with the added guilt placed upon us about our over indulgences. Well our celebrations were fun while they lasted but who says you have to go on a DIET? I for one try to avoid things with the word DIE in it! I like to LIVE it!
